Depot Manager's of Rajendranagar, Mehndipatnum and Badliguda depo's, please note that number of city buses of route no 300 comming from Mehandipatnum to Uppal Cross Road & Uppal Cross road to Mehandipatnum via Gayatrinagar. Number of buses express & ordinary travelling on this route and i observed that empty buses are travelling one behind the other without passenger's. Please route some buses via Karmanghat, Champapet & Santoshnagar because the frequencies of buses are very less in this route.I request the depo managers to take the necessary action and make the convenient to the people of santoshnagar, champapet & karmanghat to go to Uppal cross road and Mehendipatnum.

Good Morning Sir, While travelling today (27.08.2015 08.25 AM) from Secunderabad to Sage International School (Opposite to Central Power Research Institute) and the Service Bus route is from Secunderabad to Tenuguda (283-T). The driver of the bus is shouting at me in front of all passengers saying that there is no stop at CPRI. Though the bus is not crowded, the driver argued with me a lot and said that bus can’t be stopped at CPRI bus stage. But as per the S.R the stage exists I replied and asked to check the S.R, but it was not checked. After all shouting he stopped the bus at the Substation of CPRI (Second gate, which is quite far from the bus stop). Though requested repeatedly he could not stop the bus at the bus stop. I request to take necessary action on the driver and ask him to behave politely with the passengers during the travel.
Sir I am from ungaradametta.the problem is with APSRTC only that I am college student at the time of morning 8.00am only sing bus is going to be run from palakonda to rajam.it is very crucial problem that no one is taking care about so plz provide us 2_3 buses in time of 8.00_8.30am in morning

Today I was held in between two RTC busses, both of them are running in route no.500Y. AP31Z 0491 and AP31Z 0492. At 5.30pm.
The driver of bus no.AP31Z0491 came very rashly from the extreme left side
intercepted my way, I anticipated the danger applied sudden brake. Thus my car was caught in between the two busses. The driver of the bus no.AP31Z 0491 refused to disclose his name or badge no.
I request you to please make a thorough enquiry and take an appropriate disciplinary action as per your laid down procedure. So that the general public on the road wouldn't be terrified by his horrible driving.
