Rechipo is just another film of Nitin which adds to his flop list. Story: Siva(Nitin) is an orphan who robs money from the rich and distributes it among the poor. Siva steels 500 crores from Home Minister's(Ahuthi Prasad) house. That money belongs to the mafia don Sukoor. Siva falls in love with Krishnaveni(Ileana), daughter of Home Minister. Krishnaveni too responds to Siva proposal and falls in love with him. But, later she comes to know that Siva is a thief and he was the one who robbed the money from her house. Krishnaveni hates Siva and flies to Dubai. Mafia Don Sukoor kidnaps her in Dubai and demands Home Minister to pay the money that was robbed. Siva comes to rescue of Krishnaveni. What was the relation between the Home Minister and Mafia Don and how Siva rescues Krishnaveni forms the rest of the story. Performances: Nitin is just okay. He excels in dances and fights. He still needs to improve his dialogue delivery. Ileana adds to the glamour quotient of the film. She is a not at her best in the film. Bhanuchander as sincere police officer is good. Ahuthi Prasad comes up with a decent performance. MS Narayana comedy track is hilarious. Venu Madhav is just okay. Sunil goes wasted in the film. Raghu Babu succeeds in raising few laughs. Plus Points: Ileana’s screen presence Cinematography Minus Points: Film runtime(2:50hrs) Narration Climax Technical Departments: Cinematography is good. Music of the film is average. Production values of the film are grand. Editing could have been better. Director fails to live up to the expectations. Screenplay is adequate. Analysis: The film starts on a promising note but fails to carry the tempo till the end. The first half is just okay. The second half tests the patience of the aundiences. Especially the Climax is irritating. Verdict: Go for it if you have nothing to do! |
